St. Teresa’s Prayer Group: Fifty Years of Grace A long and fruitful Journey of Communion and Joy  (Reflections from Dr. Edward Edezhath and 25 other group members, April 2026) Introduction  Some of the most enduring things begin with the most unassuming gestures. A door opened. A few people gathered. A name was put on a list. That was how it started — a modest follow-up to a four-day seminar in the summer of 1976. Nobody imagined that this small gathering would still be meeting half a century later, still praising, still listening, still sending people out into the world changed. The St. Teresa's Prayer Group in Ernakulam did not set out to become a landmark. A handful of youth and elders, caught up in the fresh wind of the Charismatic Renewal, came together simply to praise God, hear His word, pray for one another, and grow.
